manganese, vitamin C, vitamin, multi enzyme
complex, liopic acid, phosphatidyl serine,
are essential for them.
Brewer's yeast is a wonder
food, which includes traces of chromium
minerals. This mineral basically helps
pancreas produce more insulin. Curd is the
best anti-diabetic food used to wash
pancreas and its waste.
Curd help in the production
of more insulin and better functioning of
pancreas. Garlic is rich in potassium and
helps to lower blood sugar. Garlic contains
zinc and sulphur. The best remedy is to chew
garlic the first thing in the morning.
Bengal gram, which is chic
pea; known in India is a valuable anti
diabetic food. Bitter ground, a type of
vegetables rich in mineral and vitamins
helps to improve hyper tension, eye
complications and neuritis.
Black Gram is a highly priced
pulse used to prevent malnutrition in
diabetes. Ground nuts, when eaten on daily
basis prevents malnutrition.
